I drove almost 2 hours from Connecticut to buy an Indian Motorcycle at Wagner. It was well worth the trip and I would do it again . The whole staff from sales to finance to service is amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly , welcoming, and funny. They made sure all of my needs were met and answered every question I had. What a great bunch of employees. Bought my first bike here years ago and still use their services for my other bike. They have an excellent team and definitely try to leave you satisfied. Huge shout out to the service department for making my run down bike run brand new! 2000 BMW R1100R worth noting if you need your bike serviced they are very accurate with their scheduling and make everything work smoothly. This location deserves nothing less then 5+ stars

(Zigmont) This dealership is awesome. My second time buying from them from out of state. Brendan was excellent at giving me info and assisting in the process. Heather was super fast and efficient and such a nice person. But overall, the dealership really provided amazing support. We ran into an issue that could’ve been a huge problem traveling back to home, but when we returned, they resolved the problem efficiently and creatively and were awesome about it. The tech who helped out was a great guy. Can’t recommend them enough. Will definitely return to buy my next bike from them again.

High praise for the service department. I've always taken my Dark Horse to Wagner's for every service need, routine or not. Just had them do the 50K service in prep for a trip to Nova Scotia and they did a fantastic job. Runs and rides great! Paul and the crew are always super helpful, always on time, they do great work and let me know everything they find and see. I've learned to trust them implicitly. No need to go anywhere else.

I purchased a 2016 BMW R 1200 GS from G. She was ver helpful and knowledgeable of the bike. This is my first BMW bike. I also need to express gratitude for the service department. On day 2, of Having my bike, my key got stuck when adjusting the seats. I contacted G and she told me to bring it in. Service gave me top priority and had it fixed in an hour. The service department is as also very helpful, as I need to purchase a part for my top case. Would totally recommend Wagner to buy any bike, used or new.
